All Sport Athletic Physicals

All Sport Physicals will be held on Wednesday, August 6 from 6 to 9pm in Bonner's Gym. The cost is$15.00. No Student will permitted to participate in any sport until this physical has been completed and on file in the athletic office. REQUIRED DOCUMENT: PIAA Sports Physical Form Sections 1 thru 3 must be completed before you will permitted to get a physical. Click here for a copy
